Inspiration: I was inspired to create this painting because of how i would treat my own conscience over the years. I would at times always feel guilty or sad because it felt as if I was letting myself down when it came to pursuing my dreams and turning them into my reality. I wasted many years not doing the work and not doing the right thing and allowing myself to be lost in hedonistic distractions. That behavior is what has caused me to feel an urgency within my work and to make sure I continue to paint like my life depends on it because in all reality it does depend on it.
