Inspiration: My inspiration for this piece was to create something that shows and describes the confusion I felt in the public school system growing up. Most of the time I felt lost and alone in my own world surrounded by people who I thought did not think like me or see the world like me. Let this painting be a reminder that if you think differently than others and if you see the world differently than how other people see the world that does not mean you are all alone or lost. In fact, I think that is a superpower to have and with enough dedication and discipline you can harness that energy and vision you have and do something great with it.
